This section explains how to share a calendar that includes assigned cleaning tasks using iCal.
Details:
Activating and Checking the iCal URL
Navigate to [User Management] in the [Admin Console]. Click on 'Edit User Information' under the actions for the respective cleaner.
Enable the option 'Allow cleaner to access calendar URL', and copy the iCal URL displayed under 'Calendar URL'. By providing this URL to the cleaning service, they will be able to import their cleaning schedule into their system (such as Google Calendar).
Cleaning task iCal blocks displayed in Google Calendar and other calendar services are intended for sharing cleaning schedules only. They do not indicate the actual time periods during which cleaning can be performed.
The iCal block times are generated based on the property's default check-in/check-out times.
Therefore:
Changing the check-in/check-out time for an individual reservation does not automatically adjust the iCal block time.
The iCal block time cannot be manually changed.
If you need to adjust the cleaning start time due to late check-out or other reasons, please use the "Comments" section of the cleaning task to give instructions to the cleaning staff.
