Initial Setup Flow

We recommend configuring the Cleaning Management feature in the following order:

1. Configure the Cleaning Management Menu

Set up the operational rules for cleaning tasks, permissions for cleaners, and cleaner notifications.

Configuration items include:

  • Cleaner permission settings

  • Task settings

  • Notification settings

  • Cleaning notification templates

2. Register Cleaners as Users

First, register the cleaners or cleaning companies who will be responsible for cleaning tasks.

Once registered, cleaner users will be able to log in to AirHost with their own user accounts and view cleaning-related information.

3. Configure Cleaning Settings per Property

Next, set up property-level operational settings such as cleaning task creation rules and assigned cleaners.

Configuration items include:

  • Cleaner type (in-house / external)

  • Cleaning task creation rules (including stay-over cleaning settings)

  • Cleaner assignment method

4. Share with Cleaners and Start Operations

Once steps 1–3 are completed, share the usage instructions with cleaners and begin cleaning operations.

Cleaners can log in to AirHost to view and manage their assigned cleaning tasks.
