Details

Accessing the Cleaning Settings

Navigate to:

[Admin Console] > [Property List] > Select the Target Property > [House Keeping] > [Cleaning Setting]

Each setting can be modified by clicking the [✎ Edit] icon.

Configure Cleaning Setting

The Cleaning Type setting allows you to define how cleaning operations are managed for the property.

Cleaner Type

Cleaning type

Description

In House

Set this when the property manages cleaning operations internally

Outsource Cleaning

Set this when cleaning operations are handled by an external vendor

Stay Cleaning

Stay cleaning allows you to manage mid-stay cleaning tasks for multi-night reservations.

By default, AirHost cleaning tasks only display checkout cleanings. However, when stay cleaning is enabled, cleaning tasks are also created for dates during the guest’s stay.

Stay Cleaning Example:

For example:

Check-in: 27 June
Check-out: 30 June

In this case, stay cleaning tasks will be automatically created for:

  • 28 June

  • 29 June

About ECO (Eco) Cleaning

For properties that perform stay cleaning, stay cleaning tasks can be manually switched to ECO cleaning.

ECO cleaning is used for environmentally friendly and cost-saving operations, such as simplified cleaning during consecutive stays or when linen changes are not required.

▼ You can change this from the details page of each cleaning task.

Configure Cleaning Manual

The Cleaning Manual allows you to set cleaning procedure documents and external manual URLs.

When a URL is registered, the manual can be viewed directly from the cleaning task details screen.

Display Example in the Cleaning Task Screen

Registered manuals can be viewed from the cleaning task details screen.

Cleaner Assignment

Setting a dedicated cleaner allows cleaning tasks created for the selected property to be automatically assigned to a specific cleaner user.

This is useful when the same cleaner is responsible for a property, or when each property has a fixed assigned cleaner.

Setup Steps

  1. Click the [✎ Edit] icon next to Assign to cleaner

  2. Select the cleaner user to assign

  3. Click [Save]

⚠️If you haven't created a cleaner user account yet, please register beforehand.
