[Hotel Products] Additional Charges and Rate Adjustments for Accommodation Fees

When additional charges need to be applied to accommodation fees—such as for late check-out or minibar use—or when a rate adjustment, including refunds, is required for any reason, you can use the Hotel Products feature.

  • How to add hotel products to each reservation’s invoice.

Adding Hotel Products

Items to be added as new charges—such as late check-out or minibar—should be defined as “Charges.”

Items used for rate adjustments, such as refunds, should be added as “Adjustments.”
