In the Booking Engine, the cancellation policy is calculated as a percentage of the accommodation fees excluding cleaning fees.
Example:
Strict: From 30 days before the check-in, up to 14 days before, a 50% refund is granted.
Accommodation cost: 10,000 yen
Cleaning fee: 3,000 yen
=> You will receive a refund of 5,000 yen.
