[FAQ] Calculating Cancellation Policies in the Booking Engine

The cancellation policy set in BookingEngine is based on a percentage of the accommodation fee, excluding the cleaning fee.

Example:

Strict: 50% refund for cancellations made between 30 days and 14 days before check-in.

=> Refund Amount: ¥5,000 (50% of the accommodation fee, cleaning fee not included)

Policy Names	Descriptions
Strict	Free cancellation up to 30 days before check-in. No refund for cancellations made within 30 days of check-in.
Firm	Free cancellation up to 30 days before check-in. 50% refund for cancellations made between 30 and 14 days before check-in. No refund for cancellations made within 14 days of check-in.
Moderate	Free cancellation up to 5 days before check-in. No refund for cancellations made within 5 days of check-in.
Relaxed	Free cancellation up to 1 day before check-in. No refund for cancellations made on the check-in day.
No- Refund	No refunds at any time after booking.
