[FAQ] Rakuten Travel, Ikkyu.com, and Jalan ID and Password Updates Not Activating Channels

Rakuten Travel and Ikkyu.com require regular updates to IDs and passwords for security reasons.

Please be aware that if the password expires, the channel will become inactive and will not synchronize.

If you have updated your credentials on Rakuten Travel or Ikkyu.com, it is crucial to also update the information on AirHost. After updating, please change the channel status from inactive to active and save your settings.

Subsequently, navigate to the channel details page, click the "..." and then "Update Channel".

Additionally, go to "OTA Properties", click the "+" mark, then click the "..." next to each room and select "Synchronize".
