Check the Minimum Stay Requirement in the Rate Plan

For example, if the 'Minimum Stay' requirement in your rate plan is set to two days, only reservations for two nights or more will be accepted. Therefore, if there's a single night of vacancy, it cannot be booked, resulting in it appearing as unavailable. If you want to accept reservations starting from one night, please change this setting to 1.

From the Property list, go to each facility's "Channel Manager" → "Rate Plan".

Check the Block Days Before and After Each Reservation in the Property Details

For instance, if the 'Block Days Before and After Each Reservation' is set to 1, the nights before and after an existing reservation will be unavailable for booking. If you want to accept consecutive reservations, please set this to 0.

From the Property list, go to each facility's "Property Details" → "Booking Settings".

Check if the Rate Plans and Room Types are Being Sold on OTA, and Confirm the Selling Period

There might be a possibility that the rate plans or room types are not being sold on the OTA side. AirHost does not have the functionality to stop or start the sale of rate plans or room types on OTAs (AirHost's stop-sale setting works by syncing inventory to zero to block sales). Please request the start of sales on the OTA side. Also, the selling period might not have been extended, so please check and extend it on the OTA side.

For setting methods, please contact the OTA. However, if you inform them that you are connected via a site controller, they often direct you to set it up through the site controller. Please note that AirHost does not have the capability to make these settings; regardless of the site controller connection, please convey that you need to know how to set up the sale of rate plans and room types on the OTA's management screen.
