For adding an IoT lock account, please refer to [IoT Lock] Adding a Keyvox (Blockchain Lock) account.

Note: If you are operating both Keyvox and igloohome locks, please create two separate accounts.

When adding a Keyvox account, please select “Offline PIN (9-digit/10-digit): Compatible with Igloohome/Lockin L1” as the lock type.

※ Regarding Igloohome Lock Codes

  • When a request to create or retrieve a PIN code is made via API, the PIN code is issued immediately.

  • Even if the guest receives the PIN code in advance, it will only be valid during their stay period, so they cannot unlock the room earlier than allowed.

  • The PIN code is only valid during the stay period.

  • If the reservation is canceled, the PIN code becomes invalid immediately.

  • The PIN code length is 9 or 10 digits.

  • The maximum number of PIN codes that can be issued for the same time period is three (3).

Therefore, if three reservations are canceled in the same time period, and three PIN codes have already been issued, the fourth reservation will not have a PIN code generated.

For more information, please see the Keyvox support page .
