Overview
This explains the procedure for linking a Keyvox (Blockchain Lock) account with AirHost.
All models can be linked, but the QR code on the QR1 model is not supported.
When connecting a QR1 device, only PIN code unlocking is supported.
Detail
Advance preparation
Please obtain the API Key and Secret Key in advance from the Keyvox admin panel.
1. Complete the initial settings on the KEYVOX WEB management screen (BACS - Blockchainlock Access Control Service).
・If you have any questions, please contact Blockchain Lock customer support and mention "Linking with Airhost." Reference: Initial settings for the KEYVOX admin screen
・Select AirHost as the access source.
2. Generate an API key by going to ①Organization>②Developer Menu>③Generate API Key in the top right corner of the KEYVOX WEB admin screen .
3. Copy and save the generated API key and secret key (④).
If you are using Smart Lock Box L1
Log in to the KEYVOX WEB management screen , select the relevant Smart Lock Box L1 from Settings > Devices, and set the PIN code method to "Offline."
As of October 2024, the only model that can be set offline is the Smart Lock Box L1.
If you are not receiving initial setup support
-To prepare, paste your API key into [Email/Username] and your secret key into [Password] on the support sheet.
- Select the lock type for the support sheet from [KEYVOX] or [igloohome].
Smart Lock Box L1 (key box type smart lock)
For models other than [igloohome], please select [ KEYVOX ] .
Additional steps for IoT lock
1. Go to [Admin Console] → [IoT Lock] → Click the [Add New IoT Account] button.
2. Select [Blockchain Lock] in the IOT type selection and click [Next].
3. Enter the following information in the [IOT Account] field.

※ If the “Online / Offline” setting does not match the type of smart lock being used, an incorrect lock code format will be generated. Please make sure the settings are configured correctly according to the lock model you are using.
※ When using SESAME locks through Keyvox integration, select “Online PIN (4 digits) – compatible with BCL-QR1” as the lock type.
4. Click [Next], and the process is complete once the information has been successfully reflected.
Please note that it may take a few minutes for the information to update. If it does not appear immediately, try refreshing the page to check.
