By using the message tag feature, you can categorize and mark messages for easy identification.

How to create a tag
1. Go to Messages » ... » Manage Tags.
2. Click "+ Add New Tag" enter the name and color for the tag you want to create, and then save it.
How to use tags
1. Check the email you want to tag
・Clicking on the reservation site logo will add a checkmark (✓).
・Multiple selections are possible
・By checking the box on the left side of the inbox, all messages will be selected with a checkmark (✓).
2. Go to ...≫Tags and click the tag you want to apply.
In this case, the situation is: "I have marked the message as read, but I want to reply later. If I mark it as read, it will be rearranged chronologically, making it difficult to find the message. I want to make it easier to identify." So, let's apply the "Unreplied" tag.
3. The "Unreplied" tag will be applied to the relevant reservation.
4. To remove a tag, check the message you want to remove the tag from, then display the tag selection screen as you did when adding the tag and click the tag you want to remove.
How to search for messages with tags
1. Click the "Filter" button.
2. Click "Tags", select the tags you want to search for, and save them.
・Multiple tags can be selected.
3. Only messages tagged as "Unreplied" will appear in your inbox.
