What is a Price Template?
A rate template is a feature that allows you to update pricing in bulk and efficiently across multiple properties.
It is especially useful when each property has different base rates, but you want to apply the same seasonality-based adjustments.
This works similarly to linking rate plans across properties.
You can control pricing using a percentage (%) based on each property’s base rate.
Example:
If each property has different base rates:
Property A
Sun–Thu: ¥10,000
Fri–Sat: ¥15,000
Property B
Sun–Thu: ¥11,000
Fri–Sat: ¥16,000
Property C
Sun–Thu: ¥12,000
Fri–Sat: ¥17,000
With a price template, you set a percentage applied to these base rates:
100% → Base rate is applied as-is
200% → Price becomes 2× the base rate
Bulk Adjustments Made Easy
You can also easily update existing pricing in bulk.
For example, if certain dates were set to 200% during peak season, you can change them to 150% and reapply the template to update all applicable properties at once.
Flexible for Regional Seasonality
This feature also supports different seasonality by region.
For example, you can create templates such as:
“Osaka Template”
“Tokyo Template”
By assigning property tags and applying the template, you can update pricing across multiple relevant properties simultaneously.

Step 1: Creating a Price Template
From the dashboard, select [Pricing Management] → [Price Template].
2. Click [Add New Template], enter any desired text in [Name], and select [Save].
▼ Once the setup is complete, a graph and calendar for the created rate template will be displayed.
3. Adjust the daily rate multiplier.
Initially, the rate multiplier for all dates is set to [100%] by default.
Click the [Bulk Edit] button, enter the [Date Range], [Days of the Week to Apply], and [Rate (Multiplier)], then click [Save].
▼ Example: Set the rate multiplier to 150% for Fridays and Saturdays between February and April.
*Note: Settings apply only to the selected date. If you intend to use the template repeatedly in subsequent years, you must enter it individually each time.
Step 2: Applying the Price Template
On the calendar page within the template, select [Apply].
2. Select the [Date Range], [Room Type], and [Rate Plan] you want to apply, then click [Save].
The rates set in the template are now displayed on the price calendar.
⚠️Note
The rates for the selected properties and room types will be overwritten on their rate calendars based on the template.
If you edit the percentages in the template, the changes will not be reflected on the rate calendar unless you execute [Apply] each time.
Rate plans with pricing tiers cannot have templates applied.
Displaying Holidays on the Price Template
You can display holidays from Japan, South Korea, China, and Taiwan on the price template.
Since holidays can be visually confirmed, this feature is convenient for adjusting price settings.
For instructions on how to set up holiday display, please refer to the following help guide: [FAQ] How to Display Holidays from Japan and Other Countries in the Reservation Calendar
How to Check the Rate Template Application Log
On the calendar page within the template, hover your mouse over […], then select [Logs].
When you select the applied date, information about when the price template was set will be displayed in the log section.
