Overview

This section explains Pricing Management > Price and Booking Calendar (Monthly) in the dashboard.

On the dashboard screen, select a property, then click
Pricing Management > Price and Booking Calendar (Monthly).

If “All Properties” is selected, the Price and Booking Calendar (Monthly) will not be displayed.

Room type selection box	Select a room type.
Rate plan selection box	Select a rate plan from those registered under the selected room type.
Logs	You can search and view change logs for the currently displayed rate plan.
Rate plan settings	The settings page for the currently displayed rate plan will be shown in a sidebar.
Add New Booking	The manual booking creation screen will be displayed in a sidebar.

1. You can select multiple dates by dragging the cursor from the start date to the end date.

※ Only dates from today onward can be selected. Past dates cannot be selected.

2. A menu will pop up on the right side of the screen.

3. The username of the user who performed the action and the date of execution will be displayed.

Memo	When you register a memo using the memo feature, a memo icon will appear on the corresponding date, and you can view its content.
Price Tiers	If rate tier settings are enabled, the rate tier for that day will be displayed in the calendar.
Inventory (house icon)	Displays the number of available rooms (sellable inventory).
Check-in Restriction	If a specific date is set as “Check-in Not Allowed,” it will be shown in the calendar. ※ This setting is supported only on Airbnb, Trip.com, Traveloka, and the AirHost Booking Engine.
Checkout Restriction	If a specific date is set as “Check-out Not Allowed,” it will be shown in the calendar. ※ This setting is supported only on Airbnb, Trip.com, Traveloka, and the AirHost Booking Engine.
Last Minute Only	(Available from ○ days before check-in): The upper bar of the unavailable period will be shown in blue.
Early Bird Only	(Available until ○ days before check-in): The upper bar of the unavailable period will be shown in green.
Stop Selling (Manual Block)	If a sell-out restriction is set via rate plan or room type status, the upper bar for the affected dates will be shown in red.
Lock Price	Lock this price from all future price updates (discounts will still apply)
Holiday	You can display holidays for the following countries on the calendar: Japan, South Korea, China, Taiwan

The displayed price is based solely on the settings in AirHost.
It does not necessarily reflect the actual selling price on the OTA.
Due to rate multipliers or OTA-specific settings, the final OTA selling price may differ. Please check the OTA booking page for the actual selling price.

Past dates, closed dates (blocked), and dates with no availability are shown in grey.

Red frame	Inventory count
Yellow frame	Discount
Blue frame	Set price (For discounted rates, the default price will appear with a strikethrough, and the adjusted price will be displayed below.)
