Add a Guest with Previous Stay History to the CRM from the Booking Details
Click Register in the CRM.
The system matches the guest's name, phone number, and email address to automatically detect previous stays. Reservations with detected stay history are displayed as shown below.
Note:
For guests not yet registered in the CRM, only reservations from the past one year are eligible for automatic detection.
For guests already registered in the CRM, previous stays older than one year will also be detected automatically.
3. A Customer Information form will appear in a pop-up window. Enter the required information. Reservations that are believed to belong to the same guest based on previous stays will also be displayed. Verify that these reservations belong to the same guest. If any reservation belongs to a different guest, clear its corresponding checkbox.
Once you have confirmed the information, click Add to CRM to complete the registration.
