Customer labels that you have created can be edited by clicking the pencil icon or deleted by clicking the trash bin icon.

Note: If a label is deleted, it will be removed from all customers who were previously assigned that label.

Guest Level Setting

You can create, edit, and delete Customer Levels (such as membership tiers).

By assigning customer levels, your property can differentiate the services provided to guests, improve customer loyalty, streamline marketing and operations, and ultimately increase both revenue and guest satisfaction.

How to Configure Customer Levels

3. Set the label name (enter any name) and save.

Assign a Customer Level

You can assign a customer level by editing the guest from CRM > Guests.

Under the Customer Information tab, select the desired Guest Level from the Guest Level field.

Only one guest level can be assigned to each customer.

Customer levels are not automatically updated based on the number of reservations or nights stayed.

If a guest's level needs to be changed, it must be updated manually.
