[CRM Management] Customer Management

Overview

This section explains the operations available on the [CRM Management] → [Customers] page.

By registering guests as customers, you can manage their past stay history, upsell history, preferences, and other related information.

※ You can customize the data fields for managing customer information on the [CRM] → [Customer Management Settings] page.

To use this feature, you need to subscribe to the AirHost HMS Premium Plan (Channel Manager + PMS).

Registering/Adding Customers

For this procedure, please refer to [Customer Management] Register Guests in CRM.


Register/Add a Customer

1. Click [...] in the guest list and click "View details

2. You will be taken to the [Member Management] screen.
You can view the registered information, including profile details and stay history.
To edit any information, click the [Edit] button next to the respective field.


Details of Each Field Displayed on the Member Management Page

Profile

Displays the information entered in the customer form.

Guest Info

Shows the guest number (assigned in order of creation), guest level, property name, and registration time.

Stay History

Displays future reservations and past stay history. You can also view reservation details directly.

(10 items displayed per page)

Upselling History

Aside from accommodation reservations, any additional orders placed will be displayed in a list. This will be displayed even if the total is $0. You can also check the order details directly or issue a receipt for just the relevant order. (The recipient's name can be changed.)

Customer Label

You can assign up to 4 registered customer labels using the “+” button.
For instructions on registering customer labels, please refer to this help page.

Total Stay

The total number of reservations, including future bookings (canceled reservations are not counted).
Example:

  • 1-night, 2-day reservation → “1”

  • 1-night, 2-day reservation for 2 rooms → “2”

Total Night

The total number of nights stayed (calculated after checkout).


Icons Displayed for Registered Guests or Guests with Stay HistoryGuests with this icon have stayed with you in the past.

Guests with icons displayed have a past stay history.

Alternatively, these are guests who are being managed using the CRM feature.

CRM Member

  • Guests registered in the CRM (Customer Management).

  • This feature is available in the AirHost ONE HMS Premium Plan.

Suspected CRM Member

  • Recommended to link (merge) with member information because the guest information matches data registered in the CRM.

  • This feature is available in the AirHost ONE HMS Premium Plan.

Repeat Customer

  • Displayed when there is a reservation within the past 3 years with a matching name or email address (matches based on phone number only may be excluded).


Export Customer Data

You can export the customer data registered in the guest list as a CSV file.

The exported data will also include any fields that have been customized in Customer Management Settings.


Delete a Customer

*Please note: Customers with reservation history, including future bookings, cannot be deleted.


1. Click [...] on the guest list, then select “View Details.”

2. Scroll to the bottom of [Profile Information] and click [Delete].
