Reservation Changes by Guests

AirHost booking engine does not provide a function that allows guests to change the details of their reservation. Basically, guests will need to cancel their original reservation and make a new one. However, if this is not feasible, there are alternative steps for making changes,

Reservation Changes by Users

If a guest contacts you requesting a reservation change, you can modify the booking through Check-in Management:

  1. Open the reservation details page for the booking.

  2. Click the "..." button.

  3. Select "Edit Order"

  4. Adjust the stay period as needed.

After selecting the new stay period, the updated price will be displayed. Complete the modification to apply the changes.
