[POS Settings] Enable Order Confirmation Emails Sent to Guests Who Place POS Orders

Overview

This section explains how to enable order confirmation emails that are sent to guests who place orders through the POS system.

Optional: Check-in Pro plan or higher is required.

Enable Order Confirmation Emails Sent to Guests for POS Orders

  1. Go to: Admin Console>> Property List >> Select the property >> POS Setting >> Services → Click the [Edit] button for the relevant service.

2. Click SettingsEdit.

3. At the bottom of the Advanced menu, go to Notification Settings → turn Send Order Creation Notifications ON, and then save.


⚠️ Important: Emails are not sent for bookings made through Airbnb.

Notification Recipients

If email is set as required in the POS order form customization:

The email address provided at the time of order will be prioritized for sending the notification.

If you have set an optional email address when customizing the POS order form

The email address registered when placing an order will be given priority.

If you have not registered your email address, we will send the notification to the address registered in your customer information.

If you have not set an email address when customizing the POS order form

Notifications will be sent to the email address registered in your customer information.
