Overview
After check-out or cancellation, the folio is automatically closed.
This section explains how to reopen a closed folio from the Dashboard > Check-in Management / Booking Calendar > Booking Details page.

How to Reopen a Folio
From the Dashboard → Check-in Management / Booking Calendar → Booking Details page, open [Transaction]. Then click [•••] → [Reopen Folio].
The folio will open, and [Record a Payment] will become available.
When You Need to Add Charges to a Reopened Folio
If you need to add “Charges” to a reopened folio, you must enable the setting in the Admin Console that allows adding transactions after check-out or cancellation.

How to Close a Folio Again
After reopening a folio, once your work is completed, you need to close it again from the [Close Folio] menu.
