[Channel] Check the price and inventory synchronization log for OTA

Overview

As part of AirHost’s site controller functionality, the latest rate and availability information is constantly synchronized with the OTAs.


By checking the synchronization logs, you can see when and what kind of rate and availability data was synced to each OTA.

The sync log feature was implemented on July 15, 2025. Therefore, logs prior to this date are not available for viewing.

How to Check the Sync Logs

From the “Property List” in the Admin Console, open the relevant property, then go to “Channel Manager”“Settings”
From the menu of the channel you wish to check, open the sync log.

The synchronization log history will be displayed, click on the link for the date and time you wish to review.

You can view the detailed sync information from this link.

Enabling pretty print makes it easier to see. Search for the date you want to check and check the sync details.
