Overview

In [Report Settings], you can manage aggregation rules and display settings that affect various reports within AirHost.

Depending on the settings configured, report calculation results and display specifications—such as sales, ADR, and OCC (occupancy rate)—may change.

Room Revenue Calculation Rules

You can configure whether cleaning fees and consumption tax are included in the daily room rate.

This setting affects various reports that calculate values based on the daily room rate.

Examples of Affected Reports:

  • OCC / ADR Report

  • Channel Report

  • Profit & Loss Report (Legacy)

  • On-Hand Report

OCC Calculation Rules

This setting determines whether blocked dates are included as available inventory when calculating OCC (Occupancy Rate).

When enabled, the occupancy rate will more accurately reflect the property's actual sellable availability.

This setting affects the OCC calculation in the following reports:

  • ADR/OCC Report

  • Daily FInancial Report

  • Utilization Map / Occupancy Map

Difference Between the Settings

Enabled (ON)

Blocked dates are excluded from the total available room nights when calculating OCC.

Disabled (OFF)

Blocked dates are included in the total available room nights when calculating OCC.

* The following are treated as "Blocked" dates:

  • Blocks created manually

  • Blocks created through iCalendar (iCal) synchronization

  • Blocks automatically created using the "Block Days Before/After Reservation" setting

Important Notes

⚠️ Changing this setting may affect the OCC (Occupancy Rate) shown in reports, including historical reports.

⚠️ RevPAR is calculated as ADR × OCC. Therefore, if the OCC changes, the RevPAR value may also change.

⚠️ The default setting may differ depending on when your AirHost account was created.
