Setup Step 1: Configure the Check-in Device

Set up the devices that are allowed to perform check-in.

Go to [Admin Console] → Property List (Select Property) → [Check-in Settings] → [Check-in Flow] → Turn on [Enable/Disable 'Can Check-in?' by Device]

You can choose whether to allow check-in only on an on-site tablet or to allow self check-in via the guest’s smartphone, depending on your operational needs.

Setup Step 2: Enable “Check-in Confirmation Items (Identity Verification, Signature, etc.)”

To configure the items to be verified during check-in, follow the steps below:

Go to [Admin Console] → Property List (Select Property) → [Check-in Settings] → [Check-in Flow] → Turn on [Additional Information Verification (Identity Verification, Signature, etc.)] and click Save.

Setup Step 3: Configure Check-in Additional Verification Form

Click [Configure Additional Verification form]. The page for Additional Verification Form (such as identity verification and signature) will open.

For Identity Verification Settings, set the “Selfie at Property” option to either “Required” or “Main Guest Only”, then click [Save].

Note: If you are using AI Face Recognition [Check-in Premium Plan], you cannot select “Main Guest Only.” The setting must be “Required.”
