How to Use the Commission Report
The Commission Report allows you to review OTA commission fees and helps you calculate your net accommodation revenue. (Please note that commission data may not be available for some OTAs.)
For the exact payout amount you will receive from an OTA, please refer to the payout statement or financial report provided by the OTA.
Note: Payment processing fees are not included in this report. If you need to review payment processing fees for individual reservations, use Reservation & Daily Data Export > Reservation Data Export.
The columns displayed in the Commission Report cannot be customized. For example, you cannot add extra charges or other fees to be included as commission-related items in the report.
How to open the commission report
Click [Dashboard] > [Reports] > [Financial Reports] > [Commission Reports].
Filters and search criteria
Field | Description |
Channel name | The OTA (booking channel) name. |
Payment Source | You can choose between OTA Collect or Hotel Collect |
Arrival | Check-in date |
Recognition date | The date when the transaction was finalized. |
Incurred Date | You can filter based on the date the transaction details were finalized (i.e., when the reservation was imported into AirHost). |
Properties Tags | Configure under Admin Console > Property List > Select Property > Edit > Property Tags.

Currency | Filtering by currency is possible. |

Total Amount | The total revenue amount. |
Total commission amount | The total OTA commission amount. |

Export To | Export (download) the report data in CSV format.  |

OTA Commission Availability
For the OTAs marked as "✕ No" in the table below, commission data cannot be retrieved.
As a result, commission fees for these OTAs cannot be displayed in AirHost reports.
In addition, for these OTAs, the OTA Commission (OTA service fee) field in other reports and exported data generated by AirHost will appear as 0 or blank.

Additional Information
The Commission Report is designed to display OTA commission fees only.
It does not include payment processing fees.
If you need to review the payment processing fee for each reservation, please use: Booking & Daily Data Export → Booking Data Export.
