The registered calendar will appear as a colored icon next to the date on the following pages:

  • Reservation Calendar

  • Rate Calendar

  • Rate & Reservation Calendar (Monthly)

Add Country Holiday Calendars

Country holiday calendars are available for:

Japan, China, Taiwan, and Korea, and you can add multiple countries’ holidays to your calendar.

How to Configure

Click the edit icon () and select [+ Add Holiday Calendars] to add the country whose calendar you want to include.

Subscribe Custom Calendar (Premium Plan)

You can add local events such as fireworks festivals or seasonal celebrations, as well as events tailored to your property’s operations, directly to the calendar.

This helps you identify high-demand dates for pricing adjustments and also allows staff to easily share information about peak periods.

For events that occur annually during the same period, you can also set them to repeat, eliminating the need to register them every year.

This feature is available with the AirHost ONE HMS Premium Plan.

How to Configure

Click the Edit icon, turn the switch ON, then click [Save].

Go to [Add Customize Calendar Event] > [+ Add New Event], set the event details, then click [Save].
