Overview
In the [Admin Console] > [Cleaning Management], you can manage cleaner permissions, cleaning task behavior, and cleaning notification emails .
The cleaning management menu consists of the following two screens:

Setting
In [Settings], you can configure the actions allowed for users with cleaner privileges, as well as the behavior and notification conditions for cleaning tasks .
Permission settings
Set the operations that the cleaner is allowed to perform.
Setting items | Default settings | Description |
Allow cleaner to view non-assigned cleaning tasks | ON | This setting allows cleaners to view not only assigned cleaning tasks but also unassigned cleaning tasks. |
Allow Cleaner Self-Assign | ON | This setting allows the cleaner to see unassigned cleaning tasks and assign them to itself.
*To enable this feature, please set "Allow cleaners to view non-assigned cleaning tasks" to ON. *Please refer to the help page below for instructions on how to self-assign using the cleaner. |
Allow cleaner to mark the cleaning task as completed | OFF | This setting allows the cleaner to mark cleaning tasks as "completed." |
Allow cleaner to access the booking calendar | OFF | This setting allows the cleaner to view the reservation calendar.

Task settings
You can configure the operating rules for cleaning tasks and the auxiliary information that cleaners use.
The settings will be reflected in the creation, display, and operation of cleaning tasks.
▪Unassign cleaner when the cleaning date gets changed
This setting determines whether a cleaner's assignment is automatically removed when the cleaning date changes due to reservation changes or cancellations. The type of cleaning notification sent to the cleaner will also differ depending on this setting.

ON (Default settings) | Unassigns the cleaner and sends a cleaning cancellation notification to the cleaner |
Off | Maintain assignments and send cleaning change notifications to cleaners. |
▪Set Max Guests # if next check-in is 4 days away
This setting determines how the "Number of Next Guests" displayed in cleaning tasks is handled when there are more than four days between bookings. This setting is useful for preventing amenity shortages in preparation for last-minute bookings.

ON (Default settings) | Display the maximum occupancy for each room type. |
Off | Display the number of guests for the next reservation.
*If there are no future reservations, the maximum occupancy for the room type will be displayed. |
⚠️ If you change the settings, the changes will only be reflected in cleaning tasks created or updated after the changes are applied. The number of guests in existing cleaning tasks will not be automatically updated.
▪ Checklist send to Cleaner
You can set a URL for the checklist that can be accessed from the cleaning task details screen.
The registered URL can be viewed by the cleaner within the cleaning task.

This can be used to share cleaning procedures and checklists.
⚠️Only one checklist can be registered per account . Individual settings for each property are not supported.
▪ Next Cleaner in charge Memo Template
You can set a template to display in the " Handover to Next Person " section of cleaning tasks . This memo will be used to hand over and provide instructions to the cleaner who will be in charge of that room next time.
The template you set will be automatically displayed in the body of the task when you create a cleaning task.
⚠️ The handover memo template is applied on an account basis . Individual settings for each property are not supported.
Notification Setting
You can set the conditions for sending cleaning notifications to administrators and cleaners.
Manage notifications for new, modified, or canceled cleaning tasks, as well as automated notifications to cleaners.

Notify users on new and cancelled tasks | OFF | Sends notifications to selected administrators when cleaning tasks are newly created or cancelled. |
Notify Assign Task to cleaner | OFF | Sends email notifications to assigned cleaners when a cleaning task is created, updated, or cancelled. |

Cleaning Notification
In [Cleaning Notifications], you can manage templates for notification emails sent to cleaners and administrators .
For cleaning notifications other than the "Pre-cleaning reminder email,"
If you enable email notifications in the notification settings under " Notify cleaner when cleaning is assigned ," the settings configured here will be sent.
The following cleaning notifications can be managed:

Editing and Reviewing Notification Templates
To modify notification content, click [✎ Edit] on the relevant notification.
You can use variable tags within the notification message body.
Additionally, clicking the preview icon [
] will allow you to preview the email content.
