Calendar display explanation
The cleaning tasks displayed on the cleaning calendar are color-coded to indicate their status.
 | Before Cleaner Day Confirmation |
| A cleaner has been assigned and the status is "Confirmed". ( Feature currently under development : When the cleaner clicks "OK" in the reminder email sent the day before cleaning) |
 | No cleaner assigned |
 | Waiting for cleaning (at guest check-out) |
 | System Cancellation / Manual Cancellation |
 | Cleaning completed |
 Star icon | Same-day check-out and check-in occur |

Clicking on a task will bring up a pop-up screen on the right showing the cleaning task details.

Filter function
Item | Description |
Status
| From the top-left of the cleaning calendar, you can select multiple status filters to display.  |
Cleaner  | From the top-left of the cleaning calendar, you can filter to view tasks assigned to a specific cleaner only. |
Room Info  | From Cleaning Calendar > Filter, you can select by room type for the relevant property. |
Cleaning type  | From Cleaning Calendar > Filter, you can select between Stay Cleaning, Checkout Cleaning and Eco Cleaning |
Select Display Date Range
You can select the date range to display in the calendar.
Day (one day at a time) |

Week (Sunday to Saturday, one week at a time) |

Please judge the status using the colored dots.
If a cleaner is assigned, the cleaner's name will be displayed to the right of the room information.
If you cancel, a strikethrough will be displayed.
Month (one month at a time) |

Please determine the status by the color of the task in the banner.
If a cleaner is assigned, the cleaner's name will be displayed to the right of the room information.
If it does not appear, please refer to the help page below.
In case of cancellation, a strikethrough will be displayed.
Today Button
The display changes depending on the selected display date range.
day | The screen will transition to the date of the operation being performed. |
week | The program transitions to the week that includes the date of the operation. |
month | Navigate to the month that includes the date the operation is being performed. |
