[Booking.com Related] Why isn't the guest's phone number imported into AirHost reservations?

Due to a specification change by Booking.com, guest phone numbers are no longer imported into AirHost for properties located in Japan from June 26, 2026.

As part of its anti-phishing measures, Booking.com no longer provides guest phone numbers to channel managers via the Connectivity API.

As a result, although the guest's phone number may still be available in the Booking.com Extranet, it is no longer displayed in the AirHost reservation details.

If you need to confirm the guest's phone number, please check it in the Booking.com Extranet.
