AirHost does not support creating Airbnb Custom Promotions.
This is not an AirHost limitation, but a limitation of Airbnb.
Airbnb does not allow Custom Promotions for listings connected to a channel manager (including AirHost). In addition, Airbnb's API does not provide a way for channel managers to create or manage Custom Promotions, so they cannot be configured through AirHost.
Airbnb promotions and discounts supported by AirHost
In Airbnb Content Management, you can configure the following Airbnb promotions and discounts:
New Listing Promotion (available only for newly published listings)
Mobile Discount
High-rated Guest Discount
Early Bird
Last Minute
Length-of-stay Discount (Weekly / Monthly)
Is there any way to use Airbnb Custom Promotions?
If you disconnect your Airbnb listing from AirHost, you may be able to create a Custom Promotion directly in Airbnb.
However, disconnecting AirHost will stop the synchronization of reservations, rates, availability, and other data between Airbnb and AirHost. Therefore, we do not recommend this approach.
