You can disconnect your PMS using this method, but unexpected problems may occur if you disconnect. For this reason, we do not recommend disconnecting your PMS sync. Also, when you reconnect, your Airbnb listings will be hidden for a period of time again.

<To disable PMS sync for a specific listing>

Open your Airbnb channel, click the edit button for the listing, and then click "Content Management."

In the Content Management section, click the edit button for "Synchronize Category (Only Sync pricing and availability)."

Select "Disconnect" in the Synchronize Category and save.

<To unlink your Airbnb account from AirHost>

*Please refrain from performing this operation unless you are terminating your use of AirHost. All AirHost functions, including reservations and messages for all listings in the Airbnb account that you performed the operation on, will no longer function.

1. Disable the relevant channel page and save it.

2. On Airbnb, log in to the account that manages the listing you want to unsync from PMS.

3. After logging in, go to https://www.airbnb.jp/users/apps and open the service.

Click "Delete access" on the AirHost linked service.

Click "Remove access rights" to delete the access rights.
