Unlike other hotel OTAs, Airbnb only has one pricing plan per listing. Therefore, only one rate plan can be linked and synchronized from AirHost. The rate plans that will be synchronized will be the rate plans linked by opening the property from the property list in the "Admin Console" and going to "Channel Settings" → "Rate Plan Mapping" within the Airbnb channel.

Please note that it is not possible to apply different price plans depending on the period.

Although it is not possible to switch rate plans, if you use Airbnb's functions, you can set a rule set for each individual period, such as applying a different minimum length of stay only to individual periods. Please try it.
