FAQ: "Cross-Site Request Forgery Authentication Failed" Error Is Displayed

Written by OKUBO C.K.

Who is this article for?

This FAQ is primarily intended for users who use both AirHost ONE and HMS.

While using AirHost ONE, you may see the following error:

"Cross-Site Request Forgery Authentication Failed"

This error may occur during various operations, including sending messages, changing rates, or saving settings.

Note: The screenshot below is from the Japanese UI. The same procedure applies to the English UI.

Cause

This error occurs when the authentication information (CSRF token) used by AirHost ONE becomes invalid.

In particular, it is more likely to occur if you log in to or use HMS while an AirHost ONE page is already open, and then continue using the AirHost ONE page without refreshing it.

Solution

Refresh (reload) the AirHost ONE page, then try the same operation again.

Refreshing the page obtains a new CSRF token, which resolves the issue in most cases.

If you are using both AirHost ONE and HMS, we also recommend completing your migration to AirHost ONE and avoiding using both systems simultaneously whenever possible. This helps prevent the issue from occurring again.
