Reservation Import Specifications for Initial Integration
During the initial integration, existing future reservations confirmed before the connection with AirHost will not be automatically imported. If there are existing future reservations, please create them manually in AirHost.
■ Exception
If a reservation is modified or updated after the integration, it will be imported into AirHost at that time.
■ Important Notes
There may be cases where a manually created reservation and a later imported reservation are duplicated.
In such cases, please cancel the manually created reservation and manage the imported reservation as the valid one.
Synchronization Specifications
Sync Speed (API Integration)
With API integration, data is automatically synchronized approximately every 2 minutes.
This allows faster updates for availability, rates, and reservation information compared to previous methods.
Availability & Rates
Availability and rates set in AirHost are synchronized to Ikyu.com / Yahoo! Travel.
Pricing Rules
Per-room pricing: The rate is based on the capacity set in the AirHost room type
Per-person pricing: The rate is synchronized based on the base occupancy defined in the AirHost rate plan
Additional guest fees are synchronized
Cleaning Fees
Cleaning fees are not synchronized from AirHost.
Also, Ikyu.com / Yahoo! Travel does not have a dedicated cleaning fee setting.
Please handle this using one of the following methods:
Create a rate plan that includes the cleaning fee
Adjust pricing using the rate multiplier function
Minimum Stay / Maximum Stay
Minimum and maximum stay settings are not synchronized from AirHost.
If needed, please configure them directly on Ikyu.com / Yahoo! Travel.
Reservation Cut-off & Stop-Sell Settings (Important)
Reservation cut-off times and stop-sell settings configured on Ikyu.com / Yahoo! Travel may be overwritten by AirHost inventory synchronization.
■ What happens
On Ikyu.com / Yahoo! Travel, availability is automatically set to 0 after the configured stop-sell time. However, if AirHost still has availability, it may overwrite this and reopen availability.
■ Reason
AirHost synchronizes inventory as follows:
On-demand sync when availability or rates are updated
Daily bulk sync for all dates around 4:00 AM
Due to this scheduled sync, even if availability is set to 0 on the OTA side, it may be overwritten by AirHost data.
■ Recommended Solution
When setting stop-sell on Ikyu.com / Yahoo! Travel:
Set the stop-sell time to after 7:00 AM on the same day
This ensures the stop-sell occurs after AirHost’s 4:00 AM sync, preventing overwriting.
Reservation Changes & Cancellations
Changes and cancellations made on Ikyu.com / Yahoo! Travel are automatically synchronized to AirHost.
Cancellation fees are also synchronized when applicable.
OTA Commission (Service Fee)
As of April 2026, OTA commission from Ikyu.com / Yahoo! Travel is not synchronized.
Message
Messages sent from AirHost are delivered via email to the guest’s email address.
⚠️ Important Notes on Message Sending
If you change your password on the Ikyu.com side, you must also update the channel settings in AirHost accordingly.
When changing your password on Ikyu.com, do not reuse the same password as the expired one. If the same password is reused, synchronization will still occur, but an error will be displayed on the AirHost screen.
→ You can enable notifications for login ID / password mismatch errors.
To avoid missing unsent messages, it is strongly recommended to enable “Channel Message Sync Login Failed” in your notification settings.
Guest “Comments” at the Time of Reservation
These are displayed in the [Comments] section on the Check-in Management page.
They can also be viewed and edited in the [Guest Comments] section on the Reservation Details page.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Q. Messages are not being sent to Ikyu.com / Yahoo! Travel guests.
A. The latest login ID and password for Ikyu.com may not be correctly set in AirHost.
Please check your channel settings. If the login ID or password is incorrect, messages will not be sent, and the following error will appear under the failed message:
Q. The rate reflected is higher than the price I set.
A. This may be caused by the “Minimum Price” setting on Ikyu.com / Yahoo! Travel.
Please check the following path:
[Basic Settings] > [Property Information] > [Basic Information] > [Minimum Price]
Q. I disconnected the channel and reconnected it, but reservations are not being imported.
A. The Ikyu API uses a notification-based system. Once AirHost receives and acknowledges a reservation from Ikyu, the same reservation ID will no longer be sent again. Therefore, the reservation cannot be re-imported.
However, if the reservation is modified or canceled, update and cancellation notifications will still be sent, and those changes will be imported into AirHost.
If the channel is disconnected for any reason, previously imported reservations will not be retrieved again.
For this reason, it is strongly recommended to download and store reservation data in CSV format before disconnecting the integration.
Q. Can I use Ikyu’s property group login?
A. We apologize, but property group login is not currently supported.
If your account has been migrated to group login, some functions may not work properly.
AirHost integration currently supports only standard login accounts (ID and password issued per property).
