If the cleaning fee you have configured in AirHost is not reflected in an Airbnb reservation, the reservation may have been made through an Airbnb Special Offer.
With Airbnb Special Offers, the cleaning fee configured for the listing is not automatically added to the Special Offer price. Therefore, if Airbnb does not charge the guest a separate cleaning fee, the cleaning fee will not be reflected in AirHost either.
Please check the total price of the Special Offer on Airbnb to confirm whether the cleaning fee was included in the amount.

If you want to include the cleaning fee in an Airbnb Special Offer, make sure to include the cleaning fee in the total price when sending the Special Offer on Airbnb.
