From [Admin Console] → [Property List] → [Channel Manager] → [Yield Management], this page explains the steps to configure the Accommodation Day Limit (for Private Lodging Business use).
Under the Private Lodging Business Act, the number of business days allowed per year is limited to 180 days. A convenient feature is provided to help you monitor this restriction.
To use this feature, you need to be subscribed to the AirHost HMS ONE (Pro Plan or Premium Plan).

How to Set the Stay Limit (for Private Lodging Business Use)
With this feature, you can select the point at which property sales will be suspended within the range of 160 to 180 days during the applicable period (from April 1 of the current year to March 31 of the following year). Once the set number of days is exceeded, sales for the remainder of the fiscal year, until March 31, will be suspended.

Notification Settings
You can receive notifications via email or browser when the set number of sales days is reached.
To receive notifications, log in to the user account where you want to receive them, then go to:
[Notification Settings] > [Property Events] > [Stay Duration Limit] and configure the notification settings there.
