[Overview]

This section provides instructions on how to link channels to facilities and room types through [Management Console] → [Property List] → [Channel Manager] → [Channel Settings]. The procedure for linking channels added in [Channels] to facilities is essentially the same across all OTAs.

Here, we use the Airbnb channel as an example to explain the procedure.

Procedure for Linking to Facilities and Room Types

Link a Facilities / Room Type

・Any daily stop-sell (block) settings configured on the OTA side will not be imported. Before linking the channel, please make sure to set stop-sell on the AirHost calendar.

・Once the link is completed, reservation information will be imported from the OTA to AirHost.

・It may take some time for all reservations to be fully reflected.

・If reservations do not start importing, please try a manual refresh.

Property

Please refer to this video for the operational procedure:

  • After a successful connection, click the "-" before the name of the room to see the channels that have already been linked.

Unlink a Channel

⚠️ Please review carefully before unlinking a channel

  • The link between the OTA room information and the AirHost room type will be removed.

  • Reservation data will no longer be viewable in AirHost.

  • Related data such as cleaning tasks, payment data, and messages associated with the reservations will also no longer be viewable.

  • Deleted reservation data will continue to be included in Export Bookings & Raw Dates (Raw Dates data).
As a result, it may still be reflected in reports generated from raw date data, such as the Sales Report (Legacy).
Please note that deleted reservation data will not be included in Export Bookings.

How to Unlink a Channel

From the room type, click the […] next to the OTA you want to unlink, then click [Unlink].

For Airbnb

The [Unlink] button may appear grayed out.

1. Open [Content Management] for the relevant listing.

2. Select Category Sync > Disconnect, then save.

3. Return to the Channel Settings screen. Click […], and [Unlink] will now be available.
⚠️ Please note that after this action, the PMS connection with Airbnb will be disconnected, and prices and availability will no longer be synchronized.

For AirHost Booking Engine

For properties using the AirHost Booking Engine, unlinking from the booking engine channel must be handled by AirHost Support staff.

If you would like to remove the relevant property, please contact the AirHost Support desk for assistance.

When Unlinking and Linking to a Different Room Type

If you unlink a channel and then link it to a different room type:

  • The OTA room information will be linked to the new room type.

  • Reservation data will be updated to reflect the new room type.

  • Room numbers will be assigned to the reservation data, and cleaning tasks will be updated.
※ If no room number is assigned to the reservation, the system will delete the cleaning tasks.

  • Messages, payment data, and other reservation-related information will be re-linked to the new room type and updated accordingly.
