Overview
From [Admin Console] → [Property List] → [Channel Manager] → [Channel Settings], this section explains the procedure for mapping AirHost rate plans to the OTA’s rate plans (accommodation plans).
The procedure is generally the same for all OTAs.

Rate Plan Mapping
On the details page for each channel, the OTA-side rate plans will be displayed.
From the drop-down menu on the right, select the AirHost rate plan that you want to link to the OTA rate plan.

Starting October 20, 2025, the OTA rate plan ID will be displayed on the Rate Plan Mapping page.
When changing a mapped rate plan after synchronization
If you change a mapped rate plan after starting synchronization with the OTA, please perform a manual channel refresh after making the change.

If manual synchronization is not performed, the originally mapped rate plan settings will continue to be reflected on the OTA until the next synchronization timing.
Automatic synchronization occurs daily between approximately 4:00 AM and 5:00 AM (Japan Standard Time).
If a rate plan mapping is not set
If you leave the mapping blank, the AirHost rate plan will not be mapped, and the corresponding OTA rate plan will not receive price updates.
