When a guest receives the "Reservation Confirmation <#Reservation Number>" notification upon confirmation of their booking, they can click the "View/Cancel Reservation" button at the bottom of the notification to go to the reservation details page.

Note: Guests who have registered as users can also cancel their reservation from their guest management panel.

On the reservation details page, simply press the "Cancel" button located at the bottom of the page to cancel the reservation.
