If Stripe Is Already Connected

For guests whose reservations are connected to Stripe at the time of booking (such as Booking.com or booking engine reservations), any additional charges must be processed directly in Stripe.

After logging in to Stripe, use the Search function to look up the guest by entering their email address (the email address shown in the reservation details on the AirHost side) or their name, and then search under Customers.

You can make an additional charge by clicking the “+” button in the “Payments” section on the customer’s page.

Enter the amount due in the Amount field and click Create Payment.

If Stripe is not connected

Unlike Booking.com or booking engine reservations, if the guest’s credit card information has not been collected yet, you can send an invoice from Stripe that allows the guest to pay by credit card via email.

After logging in to Stripe, go to Customers and click Add customer.

Enter your account information and click Add Customer.

From the "Billing" section, select "Invoices" and proceed to "Create Invoice."

Enter your invoice details and click "Review Invoice."

We do not provide support for Stripe operations, so please contact the Stripe support desk for details.
