We would like to assist you as much as possible in making the best choice for you, so please feel free to contact us before proceeding with your cancellation.


Important Notice

When transferring to another site controller

Once you have stopped selling on each OTA channel, please disable multi-channel sync for all your listings.

After that, we strongly recommend that you unsynchronize with AirHost on each OTA or change or remove the site controller.

For Airbnb, please delete AirHost from the following page.

💡For procedures to change the site controller for each OTA, please contact each OTA or the site controller you plan to connect to directly.


Cancellation Process

The cancellation procedure varies depending on your usage environment (old AirHost PMS/ AirHost ONE).

How to Check Your Usage Environment

1. Log in to the system as the Account Owner.

💡If You Are Unsure Who the Account Owner Is

Please refer to the help page below.

A 404 error is displayed and access is not possible.

If you are using "Old AirHost", please proceed to the next page.

"Only compatible with older systems" is displayed

If you are using "Old AirHost", please proceed to the next page.

The subscription page appears.

If you are using "AirHost ONE", please proceed to the next page.


If you are using "Old AirHost PMS"

1. Log in to the old AirHost account as the account owner or administrator.

*If you do not know your login information, please contact our support team via chat.

2. Go to the subscription page and click [CANCEL].


If you are using "AirHost ONE"

On the subscription page , click Cancel Subscription.

⚠️Your cancellation date will depend on when you signed up for your subscription.

You can continue using the system until the date displayed as [Next Billing Cycle Date] on the subscription page, even after completing the cancellation process.

Example:

  • Next Billing Cycle Date: 5 April 2025

  • Cancellation Process Completed: 15 March 2025

  • Service Usage Period: 5 Apr 2025

* If you complete the cancellation process after stopping managing property, you will not be able to revert the property to "managing" status, even within the usage period until the cancellation date.

Example:

  • Next Billing Confirmation Date: 5 April 2025

  • Property Stop Managing: 14 March 2025

  • Cancellation Process Completed: 15 March 2025

  • Service Usage Period: 5 Apr 2025

→ If you are using the check-in option, in the above example, you will not be able to download guest data for March at the beginning of April. Please contact the support team via chat for assistance.
