Setting up "Key information"
You can include essential information required to enter the room, as well as any guidance or instructions.
Guests can review this information on the guest form at any time and as often as needed.
If entering the PIN (key, code, or passcode) requires not only numbers/letters but also symbols, or if you need to explain the steps for unlocking the door, entering such details under “Key Information” will help facilitate a smoother check-in process.
