[Property Settings] Register Guest Page Photos/Logo

Overview

This section explains how to set the property photos and company logo that appear on the AirHost guest page.

(The guest page refers to the guest-only page, pre-check-in URL, or check-in page.)


Detail

Guest Page — Header Image/ top image

1. From the Admin Console, go to Property List → select the relevant property → Check-in SettingsCommon SettingsProperty Setting, then click the ✎ Edit icon.

2. Click on the grayed-out part of the image.

3. Select the image you want to upload.

4. Click Save.

Note:

  • Please ensure the image size is at least 120px × 120px and under 2MB.

  • Only JPG or PNG formats are supported.

How to Adjust Image Size

When operating from a smartphone or tablet

You can easily compress or resize the image by downloading an image compression or resizing app.

When operating from a computer

On Windows, open the image and click “Resize image” from the image tools menu.

≫ You can easily resize the image.

On a Mac, you can resize images/photos using the “Preview” app.


Guest Page – Property / Listing / Logo Image

1. Admin Console ≫ Property List ≫ Select the desired property ≫ Property Details ≫ Click the ✎ Edit icon.

2. Click Upload Logo. Select an image and click Save.


Guest Page – Account / Company Logo Image

Guest Page – Room Type Image

Note:

If the room type image is not set, the image configured as the top image on the guest page will be displayed.

1. Admin Console ≫ Property List ≫ Select the desired property ≫ Room Management ≫ Room Type ≫ Click the “…” for the relevant room type ≫ Click Edit Room Type.

2. The Room Type Details screen will pop up on the right side. Click the ✎ Edit icon under “Photos” at the bottom.

3. Upload ≫ Select the image ≫ Click Save.
