[Booking.com Related] Unable to Receive Booking.com Reservation Requests

Because the Booking.com Messaging API does not support requests related to reservation details, these types of request messages are not reflected in AirHost.

The following requests are included:

  • Check-in / Check-out time

  • Date change (change of stay dates)

  • Cancel for free (free cancellation request)

  • Parking

  • Bed preference

  • Extra crib

  • Extra bed (“Add an extra bed”)

Please note that such requests must be checked and handled directly on the Booking.com side.
