This explains the notification feature that allows you to "send next month's schedule" to the cleaner.

To use this feature, you need to subscribe to the " AirHost ONE HMS Premium plan ".
How to set it up
1. In the Admin Console, go to User Management and invite and register a user with cleaner privileges.
2. Link the created cleaner to the Admin Console > CRM Management > Cleaners.
3. Turn on "Send next month's schedule" and save.
4. In the Admin Console, go to Cleaning Management > Settings > Notification Settings and turn on " New cleaning tasks list set include the following months ". You can also change the predefined text. Set "N months" to your desired period.
When to send notifications
Notifications are sent around the evening of the 20th of each month (Japan time).
Most users will receive the email on the evening of the 20th. However, in some cases, emails may not be delivered by the 20th depending on factors such as the user’s region or delivery conditions. Therefore, the settings description states “21st of each month”, but this refers to the cutoff date, not the actual start of email delivery.
Email sending begins in the evening of the 20th, so some users may not receive or see the message on the same day. For this reason, it is displayed as being sent on the 21st.
