This guide explains how to verify the guest registry information collected using the AirHost Check-In option.

Due to the inclusion of highly confidential personal information such as passport photos in the guest information, the system allows downloading for a period of three months only. It is crucial to follow the steps for "batch downloading (exporting) the list" every month and store it securely.

Batch Downloading (Export):

Under "Import & Export" → "Guest Data Export", you can download a month's list, not just for a specific reservation.

The list is generated on the 1st or 2nd of each month for the previous month and includes images of identification documents and signatures in the downloaded folder.

Note: Due to privacy protection and security considerations, the storage of the guest registry is limited to three months. Please ensure to download and securely store this data within this period.

Retrieving Expired Data (After the 3-Month Retention Period)

If you need to retrieve or download data that has passed the standard 3-month retention period, we can offer this service for an additional fee - as long as the data is from within the past 12 months.

Please contact Support Team with the relevant details, including the specific month(s) and year(s) you need.

Fee: ¥3,300 (tax included) per account / per month of data
