[POS Settings] Actions when canceling a reservation

If a hotel reservation is canceled, all POS orders associated with that reservation will also be canceled. If the POS order has already been paid via Stripe or Fincode, the full amount will be automatically refunded.

⚠️ Important:
If you need to charge the guest even after cancellation, you must log in directly to Stripe or Fincode and process the charge manually.
