[Cleaning Management] Export Cleaning Tasks

Overview

This section explains how to export a CSV file from Dashboard ≫ Cleaning Management ≫ Cleaning Tasks.


Detail

Hover over "Export to" to display the "CSV" button. Click the displayed "CSV" button to export the data.

  • The CSV export feature for cleaning tasks is also available to users with the Cleaner role.

  • If the permissions "Allow cleaners to view non-assigned cleaning tasks" or "Allow cleaners to self-assign " are enabled in the Cleaning Management settings of the Admin Console, unassigned cleaning tasks will also be included in the CSV export.

[Extracted Information]

  • Cleaning Date, Status, Cleaner, Cleaning Type

  • Room Info (Property Name / Room Type / Room Number → e.g., AirHost INN Demo / AirHost INN Type A / 101)

  • Current Booking (Reservation Number), Current Guest Name, Check-in Date, Check-in Time, Check-out Date, Check-out Time, Adults-Current Booking, Child-Current Booking, Infants-Current Booking, Pets-Current Booking

  • Next Check-in Guest Name, Next Check-in Date, Next Check-in Time, Estimated Time of Arrival, Length of Stay, Guest Type, Adults, Gender, Children, Infants, Pets

  • Same-day Check in(Same-day OUT/IN), Hand Over from Last Cleaner, Comments

💡 Note:
For apartment-type properties, due to system specifications, room type and room number are not displayed in cleaning task CSV files or on the screen. Therefore, even if these fields are blank, it is not a system issue but expected behavior.
