Overview
This article explains the steps and important considerations for integrating KEY STATION (Keeyls), RONT, Device Agency, Omron, or ALMEX with AirHost.
⚠️ A separate one-time setup fee is required to integrate with KEY STATION (Keeyls), RONT, Device Agency, Omron, or ALMEX, as described in this article.

KEY STATION (Keeyls) / RONT / Device Agency
Purchase and Activate the Subscription
A Check-in Premium license is required to use this integration.
Please purchase the required number of Check-in Premium licenses (based on the number of rooms you wish to connect) from the Subscriptions menu.
A separate PMS API license is required to connect and integrate with Device Agency.
For information on how to purchase a PMS API license, please contact AirHost Support.
Selecting the Check-in Service Provider
Please select the appropriate provider based on the check-in service you use:
If you use RONT
→ Select Possible Inc. Checkin.If you use Keeyls
→ Select Keeyls Checkin.
If you use the check-in service provided by Device Agency
→ Select Device Agency (Check-in) Checkin.
When connecting with Device Agency, please make sure to activate the PMS API at the same time.
Share the Following Information with Your Integration Provider (KEY STATION (Keeyls) / RONT / Device Agency)
To complete the integration, you must provide the following information to your integration provider (KEY STATION (Keeyls), RONT, or Device Agency):
The App ID, Hotel ID, and Room ID displayed on the Activation page.
The login ID and password of an administrator account in the legacy system (AirHost HMS).
If you are able to log in to AirHost HMS, please create an administrator account that can be used by your integration provider (KEY STATION (Keeyls) / RONT / Device Agency), and provide the login credentials together with the information in Step 1 above.
If you are unable to log in to AirHost HMS, go to Support → Ask a Question, and submit the following request to AirHost Support:
"I would like an AirHost HMS administrator account to be created for KEY STATION (Keeyls) / RONT / Device Agency integration."
AirHost Support will create the administrator account for you.
Once the information in Steps 1 and 2 has been provided to KEY STATION (Keeyls), RONT, or Device Agency, and they have completed their configuration, the integration will be ready for use.
Omron / ALMEX: Purchase and Activate the Subscription
A Check-in Premium license is required to use this integration.
Please purchase the required number of Check-in Premium licenses (based on the number of rooms you wish to connect) from the Subscriptions menu.
Integration with Omron or ALMEX requires assistance from the AirHost Support team.
Please refer to the Contacting Support guide below, switch your inquiry to a support staff member, and let them know that you would like to integrate with Omron or ALMEX.
