Overview
This document explains how to edit guest information imported from various online travel agencies (OTAs).
Details
Go to: [Dashboard] → [Reservations] → [Check-in Management / Booking Calendar] → [Booking Details]
Click the reservation number, then click the [Edit Guest Information] button on the displayed screen.
*Guest information is synchronized from OTA (Online Travel Agency) by default.
If you want to edit and save reservation information on the property side, please enable “Stop Syncing from OTA.”
By doing so, guest information (such as first name, last name, country, preferred language, phone number, email, and display name) will no longer be overwritten by future updates from the OTA.
NOTE:
Previously, email addresses imported into AirHost from OTA reservation data could not be edited. This is now possible.
However, when editing the email address, please make sure to enable “Stop Sync from OTA” to prevent the information from being overwritten by OTA data.
