If the Report Is Not Displayed and This Help Page Appears
There is a possibility that data integration has not been started.
Please go to the “Support” menu and click “Ask a Question” to request data integration.
After submitting your request, it may take approximately two weeks before the report becomes available.
Regarding Anonymity of Shared Data
To generate the booking curve and demand calendar, AirHost only shares the following data with PROPERA:
Number of on-hand reservations per date
Total revenue per date
No identifiable information such as property name, address, or any other details that could identify the property is shared.
Demand Calendar
In the Demand Calendar, you can view recommended selling prices calculated based on reservation data analysis using PROPERA’s algorithm.
Booking Curve
The Booking Curve allows you to view booking trends on a daily basis. There are two versions available: 180-day view and 365-day view.
By default, the booking curve is displayed starting from the first day of the current month (e.g., March 1st if it is March). You can open the booking curve for any specific date you want to review.
The current date is set by default in the top right corner. Click the “Daily View / 7 Days” button next to it to display the booking curve for 7 days starting from the selected date.
In the booking curve, if historical data is available after integration has started, you can also view booking curves for the same month and same day of the week over the past four years.
