Manual reservations can be created from [Reservation] > [Check-in Management] / [Booking Calendar], or from [Pricing Management] > [Price Calendar] / [Price & Booking Calendar (Monthly)].

Reservation Creation Steps
It is also possible to create reservations for multiple rooms.
When creating a reservation, you can either enter the guest information directly as a new guest or select an existing customer or corporate client registered in the CRM.
At the final step of reservation creation, you can select which automated message to send.

1. Click [+ Add New Booking], select the stay period, room type, and number of rooms, then proceed to the next step.

Adding an OTA Commission
When manually creating a reservation from an OTA that is not integrated, you can add an OTA commission so that it will be reflected in reports and other data.
In [Rate Plan & Price Settings], click [See Pricing] and enter the [OTA Commission].This will be set as a breakdown of the total amount .
It will be set as part of the total price breakdown.
The commission will be reflected in the reservation order details page, reservation data CSV, and various reports.
⚠️ The channel commission that can be added is limited to up to 50% of the total reservation amount.
