Assuming there is already a basic rate plan in place, this guide will explain how to create a separate rate plan for "Long-Term and Consecutive Night Discounts" limited to specific lengths of stay.

Creating Long-Term and Consecutive Night Discounts
For instructions on creating a regular rate plan, please refer to the following help page:
From [Admin Console] > [Property List] > [Channel Manager] > [Rate Plan] > [Add New Rate Plan], start creating a new rate plan. Select [Create as a New Rate Plan].
Enter the rate plan name and description, then choose [Base on my current rate plan], and select the plan you want to base the discount on.
Set the rate difference as [Minus] and specify the discount rate. Here, it's also possible to specify a fixed amount, such as "minus (plus) XX yen," instead of a percentage.
Specify the minimum and maximum length of stay.
Example: For a long-term discount applicable to reservations of a week or more, set the minimum number of nights to "7".
Example: For a consecutive night discount applicable to stays of two nights or more, set the minimum number of nights to "2".
You have now created a rate plan that sells at the specified discount rate from the original plan.
Mapping the Plan with OTA Plans
Map the newly created rate plan with each OTA plan you want to synchronize with.
